A preliminary meeting was held online between our university and Yunus Emre Institute. This meeting constituted an important starting point for the institutional collaborations to be developed between the parties.

The meeting was chaired by the Vice Rector of our University, Prof. Dr. Rıza Bayrak; representatives from the International Relations Coordination and TÖMER units also attended the meeting.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cahit ŞENEL chaired the meeting on behalf of Yunus Emre Institute; and officials from the Strategy Development Department operating within the Institute also attended the meeting.

Within the scope of the meeting; signing a joint protocol, collaborating in cultural events, conducting joint activities within the framework of Erasmus+ internship mobility, international project development opportunities, support that can be provided for the promotion of our university to international students, and joint studies that can be carried out with our University’s TÖMER unit were discussed. The meeting, which took place in a productive environment, prepared the ground for the strategic collaborations aimed to be established between the two institutions in the upcoming period.
